The New ERA of Textile Recycling

Textile recycling starts again from dust

In the Brianza dialect, Pulvera means “dust.”
We like to think that the name, broken down, could mean:

Pulv-Era, the age of dust, our contribution to containing the devastating impact of textile overproduction on the planet.

Pulvera promotes a culture of sustainability through innovative solutions that embrace pulverization as a new paradigm in textile recycling.

Pulvera was born from over seventy years of experience at Casati Flock&Fibers, a leading company in textile fiber pulverization since 1952, to guide companies in the sector towards a future that recovers waste, reduces environmental impact, and generates a completely new, concrete, and customized textile recycling process.

It uses Casati Flock FIbers’ existing industrial supply chains with high production capacities.

Every second, worldwide, the equivalent of a truckload of clothing is burned or sent to landfill. (Source:

At Pulvera, fashion finds new life from dust.

Our passion for fashion drives us to promote a culture of sustainability, offering innovative solutions to give textile waste new life in a world seeking tangible opportunities.

Pulvera was born from the creative and pragmatic vision of Eleonora Casati, CEO and co-founder of Pulvera, and the technical expertise of Beatrice Casati, CEO of Casati Flock&Fibers and co-founder of Pulvera. This synergy enables us to bring fresh innovation to the textile sector, providing unique, effective, and tailored solutions to meet market needs.
